What happens if a back order occurs?

There are times when demand for particular products will exceed our quantity on hand. Any items that are unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Team Diecast Return Policy:

In order to refund damaged or items with missing parts, our customers must meet these conditions:

*The purchaser's damaged car must be notified 10 days within purchase and email us at sales@TeamDiecast.com to arrange return procedure.
NO EXCEPTIONS IF NOTIFICATION PASSES 10 DAYS!

*Customers who do not have insurance must pay for return shipping fee and all shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

*We will not refund or exchange if the item have minor manufacturer defects. For example, minor scratches, paint chips, and dents are unacceptable.

*Team Diecast will charge a 10% restock fee for all returns/exchanges, in order to have a large variety of items

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your back order if you don't want to wait for the item. The estimated shipping time of the back order items is about 4 to 5 weeks. You will also be informed that you will be charged the minimun shipping cost again for shipping the back order item(s).
